I want to start e-commerce website to sell computer related accessories. Please suggest me which shopping cart do i use for this purpose and which programming language is suitable for me either PHP, ASP, JSP or .NET?

PHP and ASP.NET both are good for your purpose , choose PHP if you wish to use open source software or opt ASP.NET, a product of Microsoft

I agree with Trinity, both PHP and ASP. NET are good to work with so choose the one and go ahead with it
