I think DMOZ is the best directory to be used because it is a multilingual open content directory of World Wide Web links owned by Netscape that is constructed and maintained by a community of volunteer editors.

dmoz is a good directory, but only if you are able to get into it. i cant seem to get my website listed on it at all.

Yes i agree... DMOZ is good but provided you are able to get into it... Its very difficult to get into DMOZ... Even i am finding hard time to get into it...
